Good morning!

Here are some things you can do at home today:


Run 3 laps around your house


Sing a song  while doing pushups.


Jog in place for 1 minute


Do 5 burpees


Hold the stretch for 30 sec, repeat 3X

Seated toe touch


Seal walk around the room


Put on some music and dance for 2 songs


Ride your bike for 30 minutes 


Crossbody shoulder stretchTricep stretch

Do each stretch for 30 secs each arm


10 push ups

10 sit ups

30 sec plank


10 squats repeat 3X for a total of 30

Free space

Go wash your hands!


Go for a 15 minute walk

15 jumping jacks and jog for 1 minute


Butterfly stretch

Butterfly stretch for 30 seconds, 3X

 Go to cosmic kids yoga on youtube and complete 1 video

20 alternating leg lunges and 

20 alternating side leg lifts

Invisible jump rope for 1 minute

You will need 1 die ( attached is one that you can print off and make)

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  Are you wearing green?
This is your first day of PE for the 3rd trimester, welcome to my PE class!
Please take time to get outside and play today.  Make and throw some snowballs (until the snow melts) and practicing your throwing for accuracy at a target!
Indoors try this workout, how many rounds can you complete?
Have a great active day, don't be a couch potato!

This is your last day of Physical Education for the trimester.
Your PE lesson for today is to get outside and play for one hour.  Run, throw and kick a ball, jump rope, shoot baskets, ride your bike,  what can you do to be active outside?  Have fun, see you at school!
